Well I hope it's balanced in the sense that the strong don't become stronger, while the weak stay weak.

Damn you Lothgar, you just got my hopes up as I thought from the topic that update had allready been released. This all sounds pretty cool. Can u say when do we get it? Days, Weeks, Months, Years??
