We've been working on Zima and preparing for Gloomwood.
Falter has been taking part in map work. I've finished all the major tech for this next release.
I've also added some prototypes for systems to come. Herb gathering and Mining are somewhat functional on a prototype level.
Right now when you collect a herb or ore you gain XP for it. Each is about 3.5x that of XP you'd get from a mob of the appropriate level. The resource you gather is dropped to the ground for now. The front end for these systems are not yet functional.
Skills are coming, I'm somewhat torn between my original design ideas for skills and something else that was suggested by an old dransik player long ago. I'll explain it when I get the time to really iron out some of the details on it.
Anyways, once we get the content polished up for ZIma we'll release.
We will probably do our first level/equipment wipe after Gloomwood is released. I plan on altering the XP, Mobs, Drops once that area is open.
Also, once Gloomwood is open we'll start building Asper. We'll build 3 provinces of Asper and then maybe 5 or so provinces of Savage lands. The zones for Savage lands are much smaller than the provinces of Asper and Sedok.

loth any word on if we can pump our levels up and down with a button click to help test things since there will be wipes? are you still trying to have us do that? |
